We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Office Manager/Operations Manager to join the family office of an influential Emirati leader based in Dubai. The family office oversees a diverse portfolio of hotel investments properties and related ventures. The Office Manager ensures seamless coordination of the Chiefs schedule optimizes time management and facilitates the flow of information to and from the Chiefs office. You are instrumental in preparing for highstakes meetings managing communications and executing a broad range of tasks that span from administrative to project management. The Office Manager anticipates the needs solving problems proactively and maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daytoday operations of the family office ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency.
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling correspondence and document management.
Maintain office supplies equipment and facilities to support operational needs.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless operations.
Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to optimize office operations.
Monitor and manage budgets expenses and invoices related to office operations.
Assist in the planning coordination and execution of projects and initiatives within the office
Track project timelines deliverables and milestones ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communication handling inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
Liaise with family members senior executives and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Represent the family office in meetings conferences and other business events as required.
Supervise and mentor administrative staff providing guidance and support as needed.
Foster a positive and productive work environment promoting teamwork and professional development.
Conduct performance evaluations and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications:
