Job Description
Responsibilities: • Maintain complete and accurate healthcare records and reports. • Giving medicines to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions. • Describe assistive medical devices and related treatments. • Record vital signs and medical information of the patient. • Request medical, diagnostic and clinical tests. • Monitoring, reporting and recording of symptoms or changes in patient conditions. • Giving intravenous medications. • Evaluate, implement, plan or evaluate patient care plans by working with members of the health care team. • Modify the patient's health treatment plans according to the patient's conditions and responses.
