- Collaborate with the Medical Services Manager where required pertaining to supplies that directly impact patient care.
- Investigate patients, physicians, dentists and staff complaints and concerns related to Nursing Services provided and work to resolve them.
- Identify and implement processes to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of patient care services .
- Assist Nursing Corporate Director to provide Quality Management direction and oversight for nursing and ancillary activities.
- Assist the Nursing Director in developing and implementing staff training and development programs to meet continuing education and business requirements.
- Participate in or conduct regular meetings with staff to ensure full understanding and buy-in for all Policy & Procedure.
