Job Description
Accountable for complete patient care in the assigned area
• Makes a complete & quick assessment of patients on admission / at the beginning of the shifts and documents the same.
• Endorse patients and assigned tasks to the next shift completely and correctly
• Providing Nursing care as per protocols: including periodic vital recording, administration of IV fluids and medications, and blood transfusions, recording of ECG, maintaining personal hygiene, preparing for /getting done the investigations etc.
• Demonstrates awareness of potential /actual risks of infection and modes of transmission and follows infection control protocols
