- Plan and execute age-appropriate lessons and activities to support holistic child development.
- Provide personalized care and attention to meet the unique needs of each nursery-aged child, fostering positive relationships and trust.
- Establish and maintain a safe, orderly, and nurturing classroom environment, implementing effective behaviour management strategies.
- Work closely with colleagues and parents to coordinate activities, share progress updates, and address any concerns or questions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, monitor children's well-being, and promote healthy habits and practices within the classroom.
