What we are looking for
We are looking to hire a Lead or a Senior Lead Engineer, DevOps role with 8+ years of industry You will be a part of a fast-growing product team that designs, develops, and enhances product features, performs unit testing, and consistently achieves desired code ;

What you ll be doing
- Serve as a critical leader and expert on DevOps
- Able to manage AWS Cloud
- Implement and support Continuous Integration and Deployment
- Schedule, implement, and automate security compliance patching and updates on Development and QA
- Ensure continuous availability of various tools supporting SCM & Release Management, including Source Control, Continuous Integration, & Change
- Engage with cross-functional teams in designing, developing, and implementing scalable enterprise features to enable higher developer productivity, environment monitoring, and self-healing, and facilitate autonomous delivery
- Responsible for deploying code and other proactive maintenance activities to keep the services up and running
- Production Release Implementation plan and Install
- Integrating Code Quality tools and Code Analysis tools into IDE s
- Implementing Automation to improve coding efficiency
- Setup and finetune infrastructure to scale with volumes and load
- Work with Clustered container environments to optimize distribution
Skills you need in order to succeed in this
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or similar
- Must have 8+ years experience as Senior/Lead DevOps, Build and Release Management, and Software Configuration Management and
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Java/Shell/Perl/Powershell for monitoring and
- Familiarity with Java/NodeJS (any one of them should be ideal).
- Must know about Amazon Web services (AWS) Cloud Administration, which includes EC2, VPC, Auto Scaling, S3, ECS,
- Hands-on experience with Continuous Deployment and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Maven, Ansible, Docker, and
- Having experience in server configuration, installation, and modification of Ansible
- Implementing DevOps practices and streamlining the build and release ;
- Must take the initiative to implement new technologies and troubleshoot in the set time
- Ability to use a wide variety of open-source technologies and tools
- Experience in working on the product side of the
- Strong analytical skills and a high aptitude for learning and adapting to new processes
- Working experience in Agile project methodologies using feature branches in a continuous deployment environment would be an added
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
