Job Description
1. North Indian cuisine cook Should be specialist in all kind of North Indian Tiffin's and meals. 2. Hyderabadi Cuisine Cook Should be specialist in All kind of Hyderabadi Dishes and specially in Hyderabadi Biryani. Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in Restaurant/Central Kitchen. Thorough knowledge of maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. Prepare and present food as per cooking standards. Direct the operation of all food-related activities including serving of food. Arrange and enhance dishes. Make sure that the kitchen area, equipment and utensils are cleaned. Make sure that the food area is stocked.
