Must Haves:
- 2-3+ years of experience within the crisis/behavioral health space
- Ability to work remotely with access to strong, reliable high-speed internet
- Ability to navigate high-stress situations that include topics such as suicidal ideation
- Must exhibit qualities of acceptance, empathy, and objectivity while being non-judgmental, non-directive, and responsive to the feelings of callers
- Crisis Intervention support or emergency dispatch experience
- Ability to engage with diverse communities
- Computer experience and proficient typing skills
