Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative/business-oriented field or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience within one or more of the following fields: News Publishing, Strategy Consulting, Business Development, Media or Digital strategy, or Corporate Strategy Leadership
- Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with sales, partnerships, and/or business development in general, or managing with the traditional media industry (e.g., News, Publishing, Broadcasting)
- Experience influencing executive stakeholders in a matrixed organization
- Ability to manage ambiguity, solve complex problems, and scale effectively across a large and highly distributed organization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
