Typical Day in the Role
• Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is apart of the Customer and Security/Trust team. Comprises of monitors and other devices that are used by other customers that come for the tour. Need someone to support if something goes wrong with those services. This really helps Microsoft bring in new revenue and get more customer good will.
• Key projects: This role will contribute to Hardware Infrastructure maintenance and Azure virtual machine patching.
• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of
• Complete configuration, installation and support of equipment to the specifications of the business
