Provides direct operational support designing and managing all systems infrarelated operations for network and servers infrastructure. Handling Staff & students network and systems infra issues and providing user assistance in a 2nd level support environment. Core responsibilities for wired wireless network and systems infrastructure include network design configuration and installation of datacenter and IDFs hardware and software coordination of network maintenance tasks and schedules monitoring and management of network performance design and implementation of network security procedures monitoring and management of network security measures.
Administrative Responsibilities:

Technical Responsibilities:
Plan and install new software releases hardware system upgrades evaluate and install patches and resolve software related problems.
Manage network servers and technology tools.
Implementing a SoftwareDefined Datacenter.
Configuring and Operating Microsoft environment.
Designing and Implementing Server Infrastructure.
Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
Research evaluate and implement new network solutions.
Introduce and integrate new technologies into the network environment.
Responsible for administering maintaining and troubleshooting switches routers firewalls servers and wireless solutions.
Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting physical cable infrastructure.
Network performance tuning.
Analyze data to diagnose and identify root causes of network and security issues.
Document systems configurations policies and procedures.
Troubleshooting any reported problems.
Define and develop optimized network monitoring systems.
Design and deploy new network and tooling architectures.
Support and produce the network infrastructure.
(Re)Design deploy manage and maintain multiprotocol critical infrastructure networks in every BMC network location including our data centers and branches if required.
Provides accurate solutions to the escalated problems from the 1st line support team.
Researches and resolves issues in a timely manner in accordance with standards.
Escalate problems to the product support teams and track unsolved cases.
Ensure compliance with established IT control policies.
Designing and implementing routing and switching in largescale multivendor networks (Aruba Cisco).
Configuring and maintaining networking stack.
Building outofband networks using alternative technologies (LTE VSAT IPSec)
Education:
An earned bachelor s degree from a reputable university in Information Technology Computer science engineer.
Technical Skills
Strong scripting skills
Intense knowledge of internet protocols services and standards.
Understanding of network automation telemetry and SDN (Software Defined Networking).
Ability to diagnose and resolve product hardware and performance issues independently.
Knowledgeable in network security standards best practices and implementation of them to operating
procedures and configurations.Aruba and Cisco routing and switches (ACSP CCNP).
Network Security Sophos and ASA.
Aruba NOC solutions. (Clearpass ACCP Controllers Access points IAP).
Wireless networks Aruba ACMP.
Windows serverhyper v Designing and Implementing a Server
Infrastructure Microsoft systems engineer (MCSE).
VMware Nutanix and oracle KVM.
Strong understanding of physical cabling.
Understand the importance of the network to the business.

Other Requirements:
