- Naval Professional Studies across KFNA, ensuring it is developed and delivered to plan and quality to provide the contracted output numbers to the recognized and agreed standards;
- the safe introduction of all NPS materials and equipment into the NPS curriculum;
- the integration and associated continuous development and improvement of all NPS courseware;
- establishing a resource plan for NPS identifying people, infrastructure and materials to meet all training requirements; working with the relevant people to ensure plans are realistic and achievable;
