Qualifications and Requirements
• A degree in a comparable discipline, such as a bachelor’s or master’s, or other relevant educational background.
• Prior work experience in the banking and finance sector, ideally in the area or the United Arab Emirates.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Arabic and English language proficiency, with knowledge of additional languages prefered.
• Understanding of UAE compliance rules for banking and finance.
• Ability to adapt to shifting business needs and operate cooperatively in a team environment.
• Dedication to excellence in expertise, ethics, and customer service.
