- Team Leadership: Previous experience as a Team Lead in a Motor Insurance role is essential. The candidate should be capable of leading a small team effectively.
- Portal Proficiency: Proficient in using insurance portals and technology platforms to streamline underwriting processes.
- Insurance Expertise: In-depth knowledge of rates, insurance terms and conditions, insurance policies, endorsements, insurance companies, and insurance claims and procedures is required.
- Policy Handling: Experience in managing various aspects of insurance policies, including issuance,modifications, and renewals.
