- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor or a similar role in the mortgage industry, would be ideal but not required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of mortgage loan products, loan documents, and closing paperwork, would be ideal but not required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
- Excellent customer service skills with a proven record of maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in using mortgage loan processing software and other related computer applications.
