- Plan English conversation and writing classes, grade assignments, design and lead an English summer camp course for freshmen.
- Serve as advisor for yearbook and drama.
- Participate in the IEP process and development of the student plan.
- Attend quarterly meetings and update goals on clients IEP s. Write progress reports, diagnostic reports and report cards.
- Introduce students to classical literature.
- Promote internationalization in Japanese communities by improving foreign language education and developing international exchange at the community level.
- Instruct middle school ESOL students for 6th , 7th, and 8th grade during the school year.
- Collaborate and co-taught with special education teacher and ESOL teachers for inclusion classroom.
- Improve student outcomes by implementing an outdoor/hands-on creek ecology program.
