MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365 FO TECHNICAL CONSULTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical consultancy to Business (end users) for Microsoft Dynamics F&O projects
• Interact with the Business to gather business requirements and document them
• Design and develop endtoend solutions in Microsoft Dynamics for Services Industry POS Commerce PP and Finance Modules
• Lead Data migrations from legacy to Microsoft Dynamics F&O
• Design and develop Dynamics retail extensions (customizations and integrations)
• Implement best practices and improve the ongoing maintenance process
• Reports development for Microsoft Dynamics F&O by using SQL Server reporting Services (SSRS)
• Perform technical analysis of solution designs in Dynamics F&O
• PSP (Payment Service Providers) integration with D F&O
• Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) Management
• Customize proprietary software based on Business needs
• Assure that application design and implementation are consistent with technology strategy Assist in devising unit test plans
• Provide production support for software Microsoft systems
• Act as liaison with offshore development and functional team
• Support all business entities within the group
• Reviewing proposed ERP Dynamics F&O solution process and customizations
• Participate in implementation of the devised processes and validate the proposed efforts
• Participate and Validate Business requirements Solution design & CRP
• Validate gap analysis between a clients requirements and the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations and propose by the implementation partner
• Collaborate with vendors/other team members and validate provided workarounds and Solution Design technically
• Ability to provide day to day operational support to business users for Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations
• Validate the business Impact Analysis Solution Design
• Provide ongoing support troubleshoot issues and address user queries
• Participate and value addition in project implementation process
• Validate technical designs & functional solutions proposed enhancements and integrations with other business applications / Products

REQUIREMENTS

• to Years of Microsoft Dynamics F&O SCM implementation in various versions
• Able to design develop test and support data integrations between thirdparty legacy systems using D web services and filebased integration CDX (Common data exchange) and CDS (Common Data Service) NET business connector data entities and SQL server integration services (SSIS) and common know technologies
• Preferable Microsoft Dynamics F&O Certifications
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Fluency in English language
