MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365 CE SENIOR SYSTEM ANALYST

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Serve as a System Analyst and team member for Dynamics 365 CE applications.

• Conduct indepth system analysis to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 CE solutions.

• Lead endtoend implementations for Dynamics 365 CE projects ensuring successful delivery of scope requirements and business functionalities.

• Utilize both predictive and adaptive project management techniques to achieve project objectives.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and understand business needs ensuring Dynamics 365 CE solutions align with organizational objectives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

• Take a lead role in Power Apps initiatives creating custom business applications integrated with Dynamics 365 CE.

• Utilize Power Platform tools for Dynamics 365 CE projects including creating prototypes business requirements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications to meet specific business requirements.

• Ensure integration of Dynamics CE as an effective layer platform within the organizational architecture.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• CBAP Diploma from IIBA (Certified Business Analysis Professional). (this is a Must)

• PMP Diploma from PMI (Project Management Professional). (This is a must)

• MCP Credential from Microsoft (Microsoft Certified Professional). (This is a must)

• Extensive 8year experience in Dynamics 365 CE applications including Sales Marketing Customer Service Field Services Project Service Automation Power App Portal and Resource Scheduling.
