Job Description

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients in the corporate finance sector.
  • Identify potential clients and develop strategies to expand the client base.
  • Lead M&A projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all aspects of the transaction are handled effectively.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessments for potential M&A opportunities.
  • Prepare and present feasibility studies, business plans, and financial models to clients.
  • Perform in-depth financial analysis, including financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and valuation assessments.
  • Evaluate the financial health and performance of target companies.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop strategic plans that align with their business objectives.
  • Provide strategic advice on growth opportunities, market positioning, and investment decisions.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of all M&A activities and transactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as an M&A Manager or Coproate Finance Manager etc.. or in a similar role within the corporate finance sector.
  • Strong client base and demonstrated success in managing client relationships.
  • Exceptional financial analysis and modeling skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
