Job Description

- Ensuring that any subcontract agency has understood the requirements of the project quality management system procedure/ process including the Inspection & Test Plans and Method Statements. Undertake quality audit for the contractor's MEP works to evaluate the QMS performance and effectiveness of project quality management system. Ensure prior to start of any activity onsite that all relevant quality procedures/approvals are obtained to ensure fulfillment of the works in a quality controlled manner Conduct quality check and site inspections on all MEP works Ensure availability of sufficient quality control staffs from the contractor to monitor and control QA/QC program implementation for MEP scope of works to fulfill the contractual requirements.
