- Represent the consultant in front of the Client Representative, the Lead Signature Architectural Firm, and any other Consultants or Specialists that the Client may appoint as part of the design team,
- Liaise directly with the Clients and their nominated representatives,
- Chairing design meetings, writing reports, and giving presentations.,
- Provide strong technical leadership, knowledge & expertise within the Electro-Mechanical services sector,
- Monitor & control commercial aspects of each project ensuring compliance
- with the project budget,
- Carry out sketch designs and calculations to assist in the Work Winning process,
- Lead & coordinate the Electro-Mechanical design team in the development of concept and detailed designs, drawings, and calculations using recognised software packages such as Hevacomp, Cymap, Tas, IES-VE, Excel, AutoCAD, and MEP Revit Models,
