Job Responsibilities:
Reports to the Club Manager.
Develop a complete understanding of membership classifications, fees, programs at the club, club policies, rules, and guidelines to answer member and prospective member questions.
Enrolment’ of new Members and responsible for maintaining excellent relations with the club members and the members committee.
Assists new members in becoming familiar with the club, staff, and privileges.
