- establish relationships, and educate hospital staff on the advantages of having insured clients and how to incorporate this into their workflow.
- Identify new customer prospects by following up on leads.
- Contact new and current customers to discuss their needs and recommend products to meet those needs.
- Explain the features of various vetrerinary products to customers.
- Answer questions regarding pricing, availability, and delivery time.
- Prepare sales contracts.
