Customer Service Part Time Position

* High School Diploma with Accounting 12 or Math 12
* Strong oral and written communication
* General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

* Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smart phones, online tools, and
* Takes the initiative to find creative approaches that make each customer s experience feel
* Clearly and accurately explain information in a professional and assertive way, and at a level appropriate for the audience
