Mechanical Engineer

An established multi-disciplined firm is looking to add an Architect/Project Manager with a focus on Education to their Denver office!!

• Lead in-house team (coordinate with engineers, interior designers and consultants)
  
• Manage all aspects of project document development/team coordination for K-12 and/or higher education project
  
• Ensure that project stays within budget, documents meet QA/QC requirements, and team communicates/collaborates
  
• Serve as a technical resource to identify issues and find solutions
  

• Bachelor s degree in Architecture or related field
  
• 8+ years of Project Architect experience
  
• 3+ years of experience working on K-12 or Higher Education projects
  
• Licensed Architect
  
• Proficient in Revit/CAD computer modeling and Sketchup software
  
• Knowledge of professional practice from schematic design through project completion
  
• Technical proficiency in the production of drawings
  
• Understanding of practice standards related to design and bidding documentation
  
• Understanding of building/planning codes
