Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain mechanical systems in facility management projects
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to ensure smooth operations
Collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
Prepare and manage project budgets and timelines for mechanical engineering tasks
Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for mechanical system installations
Implement energy-saving initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians
