Materials planning engineer

We are looking for a live-in or live out housekeeper/PA with occasional babysitting duties to join a family of four in SW4 Clapham,

About The Role

The family is passionate about nutrition and cooking and has recipes for the family The ideal candidate will be able to follow these simple recipes and cook breakfasts and mainly vegetarian dinners for the Cooking for the parents is not expected, but some help with meal preparation is expected .

Hours 61 per week:

Monday to Thursday 7:15 am to 7:15pm & Fridays: 7 am to 8 pm

Duties:

• Maintaining the home tidy, organised and clean

• Cleaning, Laundry & Ironing to a very high standard:

• Keep the all rooms clean and tidy at all times including bathrooms

• Care for wooden and tiled floors

• Doing the laundry and care for delicate materials which may involve dry-cleaner runs

• Caring for soft furnishings and keeping them dust and stain free

• Dusting

• Cleaning the windows regularly

• Maintaining the electrical items in the household clean (coffee machine, washing machine)

• Cooking and serving the families favourite recipes for the children for breakfasts and dinners

• Regularly check food supplies and list anything required

• Help with meal preparations for the parents

• Run errands for the family, dry cleaning, parcel returns, occasional food shopping

• Willingness to pick up ad hoc tasks when there is time: keeping yard & patio tidy, watering the garden in the summer, window cleaning

• Support the parents to get the children ready in the morning and with bath time

• Drop off & pick up both children in the morning and evening after school

• Twice a week drop off and pick up children to participate in local out of school afternoon clubs

• Occasional evening babysitting (Monday to Friday 1 per week)

• Additional child care related tasks during holidays may be negotiated, but children would be mostly in holiday clubs Liaise with any contractors visiting the home

Previous experience caring for children, in a sole-charge

• Full UK Driving licence would be an advantage but not a requirement
