Qualifications And Skills Requirements

• Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
• Determines the required materials and generating purchase orders.
• Tracking production volume, monitoring customer demand patterns, and purchasing trends.
• Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
• Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
• Preparing cost estimates and performance reports.
• Provide accurate data packages including warranty administration, vendor service agreements and physical data for government use to populate a spares model.
• Procure replenishment required spares to support sustainment requirements.
• Implement a supply chain risk management program to reduce susceptibilities and vulnerabilities.
• Establish planning and preventative measures to mitigate counterfeiting risks.
• Evaluate the SCN baseline parts, by configuration item, per approved government schedules.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, Supply Chain Management, and Material Requirements Planning Systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
