Role Overview:

As the Master Trainer, you will be the cornerstone of our training program, leading a team of local trainers and ensuring the delivery of our top-tier training. This role requires an individual with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of professional driving techniques, and a commitment to developing others.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of local trainers, ensuring the highest quality of training is delivered

• Foster a culture of safety, respect, and continuous learning

• Proven experience in professional driving instruction
