- Diagnose complex system faults through to preventive maintenance on electric mobility brand.
- Support, coach and guide other members of the team in the workshop by advising diagnosis procedures and efficient / correct work procedures
- Ensuring quality by producing extremely low level of return/repeat jobs
- Developing high level of communication by ensuring clear explanation of the work completed or required is well documented and clear to understand by Service Advisor, Technical Advisor, Technical Support and the Customer.
