• Lead the ideation of creative engagement tactics leveraging brands, seasonality, offers and more.
• Come up with compelling content and stories that both engage the customer and drive constant dialogue.
• Animate the many softer offerings of SHARE into constant engage stories that entice a customer to interact, use and share with others.
• Drive advocacy amongst customers through soft touches including recognition, activations, events and more.
• Work closely with the Analytics and Business Insights teams in the organization to articulate requirements, review data and pull/double-click on relevant insights
• Execute all engagement tactics with layers of testing, various offering types, segmentation and even country-specific tactics
• Present strategy across Leadership and Business Unit teams to gather feedback and approvals
• Lead each campaign end-to-end including ideation, content/creative development, offer creation and execution. Furthermore, customize outreach by market and segments – fueled by insights as needed.
• Lead Data Reporting at the end of each campaign and present back to Leadership and Business Unit teams as required
