Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the annual allocated budget by overseeing expenditures within set limits, identifying opportunities to optimize and reduce costs, and providing detailed reports on variances versus the budget to ensure effective cost management.
  • Implement effective display and merchandising strategies to boost sales and enhance the window image of stores, aiming to attract maximum customer engagement. Maintain and manage window booking schedules as necessary.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to the brand's standards across countries by fostering favorable in-store communication and maintaining a cohesive window image.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Trade Marketing Plan tailored to each country, aligning it with sales and marketing objectives, and responsibly manage the Trade Marketing budget at the store level.
  • Enhance brand presence and campaign execution across trade channels through meticulous in-store planning, execution, and tracking, aligning activities with annual marketing priorities.
  • Implement impactful trade promotions and in-store campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team. Provide regular reports and data to the Shop Manager for informed decision-making.
  • Conduct regular store visits to verify brand visibility and adherence to guidelines. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure consistency and cohesion in messaging.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of necessary point-of-sale materials for stores in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Support the Marketing team in achieving overall trade objectives, including communications, events, sales collateral, data analysis, and research initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related field
  • 5-7 years’ experience in marketing communication with excellent understanding of retail industries and retail KPIs
  • Proficiency in MS Office,
  • Proficiency in English, French is a plus
