Marketing Assistant - Jobsite Direct

JOB OVERVIEW:

Are you looking for meaningful work supporting our great brands Come to P&G where Brand Management was born!

You will be part of a full Category team (including leadership) and full Multifunctional delivery team (Brand Market Strategy & Planning and Finance & Accounting). You will be responsible for the daytoday work systems and tasks to support the business by proactively managing projects conducting highlevel data analysis and enabling other team members to do their work. Together well continue to create leading brand experiences and make a difference for nearly 5 billion consumers every single day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monthly budget tracking and cost reporting
• Consolidation of data for key business trackers and extraction of data from work systems
• Conduct highlevel data analysis to enable other team members to deliver timely projects
• Management of samples and customisation for trial and store activities
• Other administrative support and ad hoc tasks or projects

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum of a Bachelors degree in any major
• 1 2 years of relevant experience in managing budget tracking and demonstrated stewardship
• Autonomy & Agility Takes leadership and initiative in areas of responsibility works independently and quickly adjusts time to most important needs.
• Strong leadership analytical thinking and decisionmaking skills
• Exhibits the highest level of confidentiality
• Proficient in Outlook Word Powerpoint Excel SAP and SharePoint
• Strong prioritisation and time management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• English fluency. Arabic is a plus
