- Campaign Design: Come up with creative marketing campaigns – both targeted and mass campaigns – to drive either acquisition, usage or retention
- Customer Segments: Work with analytics teams to define customer segments and customer behaviors and test with various communications, offers and beyond
- Offer Designs: Create various offer and contest designs, identify mass versus targeted offerings and lead on segmentation and execution of each
- Communications Plan: Create and execute multi-channel communications for each campaign and offer plan - and executed as needed
