Lead the marketing execution of the commercial plan for Carrefour UAE
Manage senior stakeholder relationships with counterparts in commercial and operations teams (Commercial Directors, District Managers and Key Store Managers)
Manage the agenda for the weekly commercial plan meetings bringing all stakeholders together (commercial, operations, supply chain, finance)
Use insight reports from customer intelligence to feed into meetings with commercial teams
Ensure commercial activations are customer led at an omnichannel level
Manage weekly marketing meetings to ensure the marketing organization is executing deliverables on time.
Conduct specific research on competitors on need-basis and report results to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Leverage analytical reporting tools to provide business insights and report on market activities
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in field related to Database Management or Data Analytics
5 – 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Retail industry experience is a plus.
Experience in analyzing data and working on various tools
Project Managemet and marketing performance review experience
