Market Development Specialist

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, communications or other related.
• 7 to 10 years of prior experience in the A/E/C industry, with experience in integrated market solutions that span multi-disciplinary offerings such as Water, Infrastructure, Transportation and Property & Buildings.
• Working knowledge of the public sector.
• Ability to apply analytical skills to help drive effective reporting and decision-making processes.
• Experience with business planning and strategy development.
• Ability to work independently and in cooperation with a diverse team of technical and corporate staff in a complex matrix organization, across multiple geographies, in order to accomplish common objectives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to influence decision making and drive client-focused behaviours.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience with Salesforce and Power BI is an asset.
