You will be updated with latest job alerts via email• Be responsible for overall project management including project governance, identifying project plans and dependencies, tracking delivery and producing project reporting.
• Keep stakeholders and senior management informed of project progress and risks
• Ensure customer personas, experience and journeys are developed and mapped in-conjunction with CX designers
• Work with SHARE and BU SMEs to identify and document requirements for all go-to-market features and capabilities and work with key stream leads to ensure delivery is as per agreed timelines, quality, budget and requirements
• Work closely with the Business Systems delivery team to align technical delivery plan with the broader project plan
• Work closely with finance to track costs against the business plan, ensure business plans is updated as required
• Support the establishment of legal and corporate structures for the programme to operate in new markets
• In collaboration with SMEs, support and execute marketing, operations and partnership requirements where required, including but not limited to market research coordination, marketing and frontline training events and communications
• Partnerships responsibilities will include market research, partner identification and managing conversation as well as ongoing partner management
• Regular co-ordination with in-market BU stakeholders to ensure Businesses are trained and geared up for launch in their stores
• Document key learnings to refine approach for subsequent market launches
