Marcom Specialist Marketing and Communication Specialist - KSA - Help AG

Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Marketing and Communications Specialist who will play an important role in executing and tracking various internal and external marketing and communications campaigns. The role will encompass creative analytical digital commercial and administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head of Marketing and the team in implementation of marketing campaigns to ensure delivery within the set deadlines.
• Support in preparation of marketing plans.
• Assist in managing marketing calendar.
• Drive awareness of the brand and overall brand image.
• Ensure content is consistent in terms of style quality and tone of voice.
• Maintain an excellent working knowledge of various services and solutions of Help AG.
• Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
• Support coordination and execution of events.
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results conversion rates traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with external agencies vendors and media outlets.
• Follow up on deliverables from various departments for marcom campaigns.
• Project management of ongoing marcom projects.
• Develop content in collaboration with various business units and external agencies.
• Coordinate content and execution of video marketing.
• Social media content creation (English and Arabic).
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role.
• Bachelors degree in marketing communications business administration or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to multitask with a positive attitude and good time management skills.
• Experience in PR and communications is preferable.
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Skilled at maintaining crossfunctional working relationships.
• Ability to combine a storytelling approach with a commercial understanding of the business.
