Job Description

Job Specific Responsibilities:

  • Observe daily Tabdul hub trading and its operations to provide all Tabdul Exchanges, Clearing & Depository entities and Brokerage firms the opportunity for a smooth and secure trade.
  • To manage, oversee and direct all aspects of the Hub s process including registration, trading, clearing and settlement.
  • Effectively and proactively meet different regulatory requirements with offerings designed to protect Tabdul hub from anomalous and non-compliant activities.

  • Provide suggestions for improvement in existing ones and implementation of new ideas received from Tabdul Exchanges, Clearing & Depository entities and Brokerage firms.
  • Recognize and implement continuous development initiatives to enhance the efficiency and the effectiveness.
  • Lead interaction with authorities regarding Tabdul Members.
  • Gave recommendation in the design of new products and services.
  • Maintain the operational framework, processes, tools, standard operating procedure, and best practices, and recommend improvement for it when necessary.
  • Creating required proposal requests, establishing budgets for projects & plans, negotiate contracts, and reviewing technical & professional proposals that are submitted.
  • Ensure the co-ordination and efficient management of outsourcing, vendors, and business consulting activities for Tabdul hub towards best delivery.
  • Leading and delivering vendors engagements that help identify, design, and implement business solutions for Tabdul hub.


Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree majoring in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Economics and Statistics or relevant discipline
  • Professional certifications of compliance (from ICM Institute of Capital Market), securities, CFA level 1 id good to have.
  • 10 years of experience in a similar role in the financial industry with 2 years of experience in stock market operations and a financial management role
  • Proven experience in risk management and people management (minimum 2 years in a managerial role)
