- Report-writing skills / communication skills / presentation skills
- Team management / client management and project management
- Ability to lead and review market research studies / feasibility studies / highest and best use studies / development strategies / financial modelling / financial analysis among others
- Solid understanding of real estate and the development cycle
- Excellent in reading and writing French / English and Arabic
- Knowledge of and previous experience in the real estate market
- 5 – 7 years’ experience in consulting / real estate preferred
- Relevant Master’s degree in finance / economics / business preferred
- Reliability / assuming responsibility / taking initiative
- Cooperation and teamwork
- Respect and commitment to JLL’s Code of Business Ethics
- Dynamism and drive for results
- Organization and efficient time management
- Commercial acumen in terms of the drive to grow the business through repeat business and approaching new clients.
