Job Description

Develop and implement collateral management policies and procedures, including collateral eligibility criteria, collateral segregation and safekeeping arrangements, collateral liquidations and haircuts, and margining requirements.
Manage the exchange's collateral portfolio, including monitoring collateral levels, managing collateral movements, and processing collateral transactions.
Ensure that the exchange complies with all applicable collateral management regulations, including the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Prepare and present collateral reports to senior management and the Board of Directors.
