Job Description

- Works closely with NEOM Hotel Division (NHD) leadership and regional leads for all Hotel projects in terms of timelines and design deliverables.
- Liaises with hotel operators and NHD internal team for all technical, engineering & sustainability brand standards.
- Issues technical brand standards to design consultants and respective NEOM sector stakeholders.
- Monitor & review all design developments and ensure all designs comply with local codes and/or international standards & NEOM guidelines.
- Collaborates with all relevant NEOM sectors & Hotel operator for hotel requirements on utilities, engineering, and sustainability.
- Conducts workshops with all stakeholders to sign off the final hotel design and ensure brand standard compliance.
