Manager - Human Resources

Basic Qualifications And Skills Requirements

• Employee Engagement advocate and ability to think outside the box in order to support and expand a growing organization that is focused on maintaining a great/best place to work culture and environment
• Team-oriented and Close-to-the-Customer focused
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required and 12+ years relevant HR experience, or in lieu of degree 16+ years relevant experience
• 8-10 years HR management experience
• 8+ years Employee Relations experience
• 8+ years of professional experience providing HRBP support.
• A minimum of 8 years leadership experience
• HR-related certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) completed or planned completion within 6months of hire.
• Willingness to travel 10-20% as will be necessary to support the needs of the business
  

Preferred Qualifications And Skills Requirements (optional)

• Hands-on Workday administration experience with fluency in HR transaction processing within this HRIS
• Deltek Costpoint timekeeping and expense reporting system user
• Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency – Excel, especially (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, et. Al.
• Experience with International Labor Law
• Previous experience working on a Government contract or military experience is a plus
