- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Audit and GRC management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify, assess, & prioritise GRC to the organization's operations, reputation, & financial health.
- Oversee & capture risk mitigation plans and strategies to safeguard the company's interests.
- Develop monitoring methods to highlight performance of ERM Framework.
- Facilitate periodic risk assessment exercises and workshops.
