- Architectural Design: Design and develop a comprehensive solution architecture that integrates IoT sensors, cameras, industrial machinery, data platforms, and ML models, aligning with the principles of Industry 4.0 and delivering up to 50-60 use cases a year
- Data Integration: Develop strategies for data integration and sensor configuration to ensure seamless data flow between IoT devices and data platforms, catering for different data structures, velocity (batch & real time) and enabling feedback loop and continuous improvements.
- Technical SME: Provide technical leadership and guidance for industry 4.0 and collaborate with various stakeholders (midstream/downstream) to formulate solutions to drive initiatives not limited to predictive maintenance, quality control, efficiency and optimisation.
- Technical requirements: Organise focus group discussions with plant operators and quality control managers to understand their requirements and transform those requirements into technical specifications.
