1. Mission/ Core purpose of the Job

The Manager CEO Office Business Operations will analyse gather and summarise a variety of business and market information create highlevel strategic documents translate business needs and problems and prepare effective presentations.

In this dynamic role you will serve as the CEOs key operational partner providing insights data analysis and project management support to drive strategic initiatives and enhance efficiency across the organisation. You will be a master of juggling priorities navigating complex projects and ensuring smooth execution of the CEOs vision.

You will be the CEOs righthand person providing confidential and efficient administrative scheduling and project support.

2. Context

Bayobab is entering a new phase in its lifecycle where operational and commercial excellence has become critical for success. This function must therefore ensure the successful delivery in context of:

  • Bayobab positioning as the best connectivity provider in Africa
  • Drive commercial excellence and support all internal and external sales
  • Bayobab decision to centralise the wholesales of global and local infrastructure assets
  • Forefront of Bayobab diversification strategy
  • Operates within a highly interconnected international telecommunication community
  • Ability to drive initiatives.
  • Responsibility to keep track of global trends and advancements and stay abreast of standardisation work of relevant industry bodies.
  • Integrate requirements from multiple internal and external stakeholders to provide the relevant services to support business growth.
  • The geographic complexity of Bayobabs footprint across Africa.
  • Achievement of top quartile operating efficiency and effectiveness through scale and common processes
  • Enhance Bayobab position as a leading Digital infrastructure and platform provider.
  • Constant dynamics and local challenges in the economic regulatory and legal environments
  • Increasingly competitive and highly dynamic industries and landscape
  • Continuous improvement of processes and procedures in line with changing industry requirements
  • Responsibility to keep track of global technology advancements and stay abreast of standardisation work of relevant industry bodies
  • Integrate requirements from multiple internal and external stakeholders to provide the relevant bearer services to support business growth
