Job Description:
- Lead Business Development Team to achieve their monthly targets.
- Lead new initiatives to reach to key brokers locally and internationally and expand our Agent network.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales revenue.
- Oversee BDMs ongoing training and daily workflow and processes.
- Work closely with Operations Managers for Roadshows planning and execution.
- Work closely alongside with BDMs Team across departments (Sales Telesales Marketing and Travel) to ensure a smooth channel of communication and mutual targets are met.
- Execute Roadshows and Oversee Business Trips.
- Highly Selfmotivated Career oriented Strive for Excellence and Operate with Integrity individual with energetic and enthusiastic approach.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and targets.
- Ability to travel to execute Roadshows and Oversee Business Trips.
- Previous experience in Managerial role Team Leadership.
