Job Description

• Develop business strategy documents and presentations based on business inputs
• Work with internal teams on drawing up department level MIS and reports to reflect business performance. Preparing of monthly / fortnightly / weekly dashboards for management visibility and review
• Sitting in on ongoing reviews of business processes. Implement and Monitor metrics, analyzing data and partnering with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities.
• Retrieving and analyzing data using data management systems, to identify opportunities for cost and efficiency improvements.
• Supporting Head - Network in driving critical initiatives at a central level.
• Tracking and review of critical initiatives at a central level with cross functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and customer management skills (both for internal and external).
