Roles & Responsibilities
- Can conduct secondary research (competition analysis, market size, volumes, and trends, etc.)
- Can conduct primary research (focus group, SME interviews, etc.)
- ARIS and VISIO experience
- Can write and compile reports in format in Word, and PowerPoint
- Can extract conclusion of the data and findings and present it as change management initiative
- Can understand very well the clients' current and future need
- Can handle the client and present deliverables to him/her
