Job Description

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment and systems
- Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and systems to prevent breakdowns or malfunctions
- Complete work orders and document all maintenance and repair activities using our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Communicate with guests, contractors, and other team members to coordinate maintenance and repair activities
